99 LONDON MODEM LEAGUE HOMEPAGE
Hello and
Welcome to the Fifa 99 London Modem League
This is the first London Modem League
this League is only for players in London England. This is a good
experiment to see how many people will join. You can choose any
team available in the game to play as. If all is successful I
could organise other leagues for other cities all over the world.
If you would like your city to be included then try and gather
support from other people you know in your local area and then
get in touch with me at the address below.
I decided only to have a
London Modem League because I was involved in a English modem
league and found that I got very expensive phone bills. So I
thought up an idea to have a League for players only in London so
the calls wouldn't be so expensive if everyone is dialling local
phone numbers. The person who is dialling will be at home and
will have to ensure that the game settings do not conflict with
the rules by downloading the game setttings on this page. Both
players will email me the result and I will publish the results
and league table on this web page. To get results Players will
play a friendly between the two teams of their choice and report
back to me. If you are interested then email me at LondonModem@hotmail.com with your choice
of team. Teams are done purely on a first come first serve basis.
The first few teams will go into the Premiership regardless of
the teams status or quality within the game. When I have enough
people the league will start then after that the rest of the
teams will go in different divisions such as the 1st Division and
so on. Then after each season there will be promotions and
relegations. If enough people join to start the Leagues then I
will think of starting cup competitions to run once the Leagues
are up and running. If you are interested then get in touch look

tell me. Please before asking me for a team please make sure you
have read the rules and you understand how the game works. If you
have any questions or if there is anything you don't understand
then please email me and I will gladly answer any queries. Just
one more thing please make sure you download the game settings
below or the players will be out of date and you will be breaking
the rules. All the transfers have been done by me if you notice
that a transfer is wrong then please tell me I think that most of
the English ones are right but as for the foreign ones im not too
sure.
