Confederate Monument

No one has been able to determine why a monument has never been erected dedicated to the bravery and sacrifice her founding fathers made during that horrible conflict which pitted brother against brother.  Most all other counties throughout Georgia and many other Southern states recognize the contributions their sons made.  

In this new century we would like to honor these men by erecting a monument which will forever remind us of their integrity, their honor, and their devotion to a cause, which they believed so noble that they gave their lives.
